Power outages and blackouts can be easily bridged for up to two hours with the firebrick storage heating system. If the L+F electric baking oven reaches the desired temperature, you can bake further goods without reheating. Thanks to its firebrick storage heating system, the oven retains its operating temperature for a particularly long time, allowing you to heat up during off-peak hours. Furthermore, the first-class insulation helps to minimise energy loss.
In collaboration with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, this unique new development was conceived and designed by L+F.
