Marcus Pott strengthens sales in Germany and internationally
From 1 May 2026, Marcus Pott will start as Sales Manager Germany at Leutenegger + Frei. He has many years of experience in the coatings industry and brings extensive expertise in powder application and surface technology, as well as plant engineering. With his strong sales and practical experience, he will drive the expansion of the German market, support international sales activities, and use his know-how to guide Leutenegger + Frei's customers in the introduction of wet paint and powder coating processes.
Christian Dreszig joins strategic business development
Christian Dreszig is joining Leutenegger + Frei as Head of Business Development. He brings extensive experience in the fields of chemistry, plant engineering, sustainability consulting, and international sales and marketing. With his strategic understanding and international perspective, he will actively drive the company's business development and positioning, as well as provide important momentum for the company's further internationalisation.
